Heartland Websites Lincoln, Nebraska mike@heartlandwebsites.com

Plumbers · Electricians · HVAC · Roofing · Siding

A real website for your trade. Live tomorrow.

You are good at the work and busy enough without learning web design. I build the site, put it online, keep it running, and change it when you ask. You keep doing the job.

Email me and I'll show you No obligation, no meeting to book.

I'm Mike Wittmann. I have been building websites in Nebraska under Wittmania Marketing since 2009 — Heartland Websites is the part of that built specifically for local trades.

What you get

Everything a customer needs to call you

Not a template you fill in yourself. A finished site with your details on it, ready before you have paid anything.

Your services and your area

What you do, the towns you cover, and your hours — written plainly, on one page that loads fast on a phone.

Your Google reviews

The reviews you have already earned, shown on your own site instead of only on a map listing.

Your phone number, everywhere

On the screen at all times, one tap to call. Most people will not fill in a form — they ring.

Call tracking, included

A number on the site that forwards to your phone, so you can see how many calls the site actually brings in. In every plan, not an add-on.

The domain in your name

Registered to you, not to me. If you ever leave, you take it with you. That is the whole point of owning it.

Changes when you ask

New service, new hours, a price change — you send a message, I make the change. No dashboard to learn.

What it costs

Priced so you can decide on the phone

No quote to wait for. Month to month — the setup fee covers building it and getting you online.

How it works

Three steps, and one of them is mine

You look at it first

I build the site before I ask you for anything. You see the real thing with your name on it, not a mock-up or a slide deck.

You tell me what is wrong

Wrong hours, a service you dropped, a name spelled differently. I fix it while we talk.

You are online within 24 hours

I register the domain in your name and put the site live. Usually the same day you say yes.

Worth knowing

What will not be on your site

Plenty of websites for trades claim things the business never said. Yours will not, and that is deliberate — the site is published under your name, and you are the one who answers for what it says.

No invented credentials

Nothing says licensed, insured, bonded or certified unless you have told me it is true. Those go on after you confirm them, never before.

No made-up promises

No "24/7", no "same-day service", no "free estimates", no "family owned since 1994" — unless you say so. A site that promises what you did not is a complaint waiting to happen.

No stock photos of people

No models in clean uniforms pretending to be your crew. When you send me photographs of your own work, those go on instead.

No lock-in

The domain is registered in your name and your content is yours. If you stop, you keep both.

Who you are dealing with

One person, in Lincoln

I'm Mike Wittmann. I have been building websites for Nebraska businesses under Wittmania Marketing since 2009. Heartland Websites is the same work, narrowed to one thing: the local trades who have plenty of customers and no website.

You will not be handed to an account manager, and there is no call center. If you ring the number on your site or email me, you get me.
